Volunteer Home Care, Inc. is a Medicare certified agency established by Jeff Jennings & Bobby Wofford in 1999 to provide comprehensive home health and support services for people living throughout West and Middle Tennessee. Our multi-disciplinary staff takes a team centered approach, which involves treating the whole person. We focus not only on disease management, but on preventive health as well.

Our goal is to meet your home health care needs by providing you with services and/or treatments ordered by your physician. Whether your need is skilled nursing, rehabilitation services or private duty, our priority is to deliver outstanding care in the comfort and security of your home.
